Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker has generated one of the most important medical discoveries in modernity. The discovery of CIRS, its diagnosis, and its treatment, all represent an exponential leap in our understanding of medicine, human health, and wellness. But ultimately, discoveries require time and massive collaborative efforts before they can replace pre-existing scientific and medical paradigms.
At the same time, we know that CIRS presents itself in a myriad of ways. While it is true that all patients share an important commonality (the fact that CIRS patients experience immune dysregulation in response to biotoxins), the reality is that patients will come in with a plethora of comorbidities, many of which may be exacerbated or driven by CIRS itself.
As such, it is our mission to create a space where medical practitioners and other CIRS experts can come together and learn all the latest scientific and medical insights around CIRS to tackle the complexities and intricacies around CIRS treatment. CIRS Lab is a space where professionals can have scholarly exchange of ideas, develop collaborations, and engage in intellectually stimulating activities like workshops and group calls and ultimately help advance our medical and scientific understanding of CIRS. Dr. Shoemaker has established a framework to understand and treat CIRS and we want you to bring in your own clinical expertise to continue advancing our medical and scientific understanding of CIRS.
